Scope of Work
The requirement is for 48 round metal bars, 7/16 inch in diameter, in 10 FT or 12 FT long sticks. The material must be made from AISI 1035, AISI 1045, AISI 4037, AISI 4130, AISI 8630, or AISI 8740. All material must be heat treated to 90-125 KSI per SAE-AMS-H-6875A and zinc plated per ASTM 8633, FE/ZN 25, TYPE I, with a maximum diameter after plating of .442 inches. Zinc plating is preferred. Material Test Report (MTR) certificates are required for all material.
