Scope of Work
The requirement involves comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair services for three aircraft metal roof sunshades. Services include, but are not limited to: inspection and repair of structure LED lights, bird nesting mitigation, lightning protection inspection and repair, obstruction lighting, safety reflective devices, and fall protection. The goal is to maintain serviceable and safe aircraft shelters in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, industry standards, and applicable federal, state, and local building codes. Tasks include semi-annual and quarterly inspections, preventative maintenance, and necessary repairs.
