This is a Pre-solicitation notice and the Government is not obligated to procure any material as a result of this notice. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Construction and Equipment Directorate intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Metal Revetments (NSN: 5450015357952, 5450015357955, 5450015541249, 5450015541256, 5450015541392, 5450015541398, and5450015541401).
The intended solicitation is for a single award Requirements Fixed-Price contract with Economic Price Adjustment with no guarantee minimum. The Maximum dollar value of this requirement is $7 Million. Intended period of Performance is a base period of two (2) years with three (3) one (1) year options. The acquisition will be Full and Open Competition, unless there is two or more small business concerns interested.
FAR Part 12, 13.5 and 15 are applicable.
The annual estimated quantity as follows:
Intended solicitation will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, including Past Performance. Offers MUST be able to interface with the Government's established translation package and support electronic data interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation. The request for proposal (RFP) will be posted on DLABSMDibbs website. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
