Statement of Work (SOW)

  • Provide an updated QA/QC plan with each Task submittal.
  • Submit a 100% submittal including the completed QA/QC Plan and latest marked-up documents.
  • Submit a proposed schedule for Government review and approval at least 14 calendar days before mobilization.
  • Hold a project kick-off meeting within 10 calendar days of award.
  • Provide minutes for all additional meetings with the BIA.
  • Deliverables include: QA/QC Plan, Project Schedule, Kick-off Meeting Memorandum, and Summary Minutes of Each Meeting.

• Task 2: Field Investigations, Cleaning, & Report:

  • Services include site investigation, fact-finding, analysis, documentation, and coordination.
  • Contractor is responsible for verifying the completeness, accuracy, and acceptability of BIA-furnished information.
  • Firm-fixed-price includes neutralization chemicals and all services for investigation, assessment, and report, including floor plans and documentation.
  • Final reports must contain laboratory results and certifications, indicating suitability for human habitation. If not approved, recommendations for demolition or construction should be included.
  • All products to be provided in MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other formats meeting BIA's version requirements.
