- Procurement, delivery, inventory, implementation, installation, integration, and testing of software and infrastructure.
- Provision of complete system documentation and knowledge transfer for end-users and system administrators.
- Project Management services throughout the contract duration.
- Development and implementation of an audiovisual system for distant participation in trials.
- Provision of technical documentation in Spanish and software licenses.
- One year of warranty and technical support post-acceptance.
