Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide announcer/narrator services for the 2026 Wings Over Solano Airshow at Travis AFB, CA.

• Provide an announcer/narrator to narrate the air show, keeping the audience informed of events, sponsorships, activities, and concessions.

• Assist with emergency response and crowd control during mishaps or emergencies.

• Coordinate with the Air Boss and Air Traffic Control for safe and efficient event execution.

• Provide a detailed script for announcements 15 days prior to the airshow.

• Provide a list of vehicles/trailers and requested rental cars.

• Arrive in time for setup and communication support on practice and show days.

• Tear down and remove all equipment/vehicles by the end of the last show day.

• Attend airshow safety briefings.

• Experience with large airshows (10,000+ attendees).

• Experience with military jet teams (e.g., Thunderbirds, Blue Angels).

• Conducted a minimum of one air show in the past 12 months.
