Scope of Required Capabilities

- Technical Data & Authority: Authorized access to and authority to use all OEM proprietary technical data, drawings, maintenance manuals, and engineering dispositions for the AW139/MH-139A platform.
- Personnel & Certifications: OEM-certified technicians with FAA A&P licenses and at least five years of experience with the AW139/MH-139A airframe.
- Maintenance Performance: Ability to perform all tasks associated with 1200-hour and 4-year inspections, including major component removal, detailed structural inspections, component overhauls/replacements, and reassembly.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: A robust supply chain management system for sourcing and stocking required parts and consumables.
