Only new parts will be accepted; no substitutes, alternates, or drawings are available. All items must have clear, documented traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Airbus Helicopters, Inc.

Evaluation & Eligibility

Additionally, a Certificate of Conformance (COC) is required for all newly manufactured commercial items. The government will only consider quotes from certified vendors or the aircraft/part OEM.
