• 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Addendum):
  • Quality Assurance: Applicable to orders touching USCG aircraft. Requires immediate notification of any supply changes, material changes, malfunctions, counterfeit/suspect parts, or non-airworthy conditions. The contractor's quality control manual must detail risk management, testing, and inspection processes.
  • Packaging Instructions: Specifies requirements for packing and labeling material for shipment, prohibiting certain materials like popcorn and shredded paper. Individual parts must be packed separately and labeled with specific information.
