This solicitation is for the procurement and delivery of 50 units of Low Pressure UV Lamps ULTRATHERM 350W Longlife HOXL G3, brand name or equal, for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service/Pendills Creek National Fish Hatchery located in Brimley, MI. Installation is NOT required.

• 50 units of Low Pressure UV Lamps ULTRATHERM 350W Longlife HOXL G3 (brand name or equal).

• Offerors must provide manufacturer name and part number for the UV lamps.

• Offerors must provide: Operator/User Manual, Warranty documentation (including terms and duration), Parts list and technical specifications, and Manufacturer contact information for warranty support.

• Delivery is required by 06/30/2026.

• This is a 100% Total Small Business set aside.

• Contract type: Firm-fixed price.

• Period of Performance: 04/01/2026 to 06/30/2026.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to khalilah_brown@fws.gov by March 26, 2026, at 5:00pm EST.

• Quotes must be on company letterhead and include: Name of Firm, UEI, Point of Contact, Phone, Email.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes will be evaluated on items meeting salient characteristics, competitive pricing and delivery lead time, warranty terms, and positive past performance history.

• 100% Total Small Business set aside.

• Offerors may submit quotes for manufacturers and models that meet the salient characteristics of the UV lamps attached to this RFQ.

• Installation is NOT required.

• The solicitation references FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5.
