Key Requirements & Deliverables
Bidders must furnish all necessary resources for janitorial services in accordance with the SOW and Frequency Charts. Key deliverables include a Quality Control Plan, employee lists, work schedules, daily task checklists, inspection reports, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Contractor personnel must comply with FAA security requirements, including REAL ID for facility access and completion of a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire for badging needs. Compliance with Department of Labor Wage Determinations for various Florida counties is mandatory for all labor costs.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due May 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET, and can be submitted electronically or via hard-copy. Award will be made to the contractor offering the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Site Visits
