Submission & Evaluation
Bids must include a completed and signed solicitation, manufacturer details, country of origin, and lead time for delivery (FOB destination). Additional Notes
Contractors (awardees) are required to implement NIST SP 800-171 (DFARS 252.204-7019) with a current assessment (not more than 3 years old), unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). COTS items are exempt but must be identified to the contracting officer. Contractors require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access. All deliveries must pass through the base Truck Inspection Station. Packaging and marking must comply with ASTM-D-3951 and MIL-STD-129.
