• **Required Submissions (c):
  • (1) Subcontracting Limitations:
    • Offerors must describe the percentage of work/costs to be performed by the offeror over the contract term.
    • Options include: no subcontracting, subcontracting to a responsible Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE), or subcontracting to a non-IEE firm (with specific percentage breakdowns required).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To renew Microsoft 365 licenses for Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) to provide students, staff, and faculty with access to M365 applications, business productivity tools, enterprise mobility, and domain security services, supporting academic success and communication.

• Upgrade existing Microsoft 365 A3 licenses to Microsoft 365 A5 licenses.

• Procure 300 licenses of Microsoft 365 A5 for Faculty (12-month term).

• Procure 3000 licenses of Microsoft 365 A5 for Student Use Benefit (12-month term).

• Verify successful renewal and application of licenses to ensure no service disruption.

• Provide requested technical assistance for any post-renewal issues.

• Ensure successful renewal and application of licenses.

• Provide timely technical assistance as needed.

• Period of Performance: February 2, 2026, through February 1, 2027.

• Place of Performance: Virtual environment at Haskell Indian Nations University, 155 Indian Ave., Lawrence, KS.

• Licenses are strictly for use within Microsoft's Haskell tenant.

• The upgrade is from the educational Microsoft 365 A3 to the A5 license subscription.
