Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Quotes must meet minimum specifications and be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF formats. Submissions must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and its ALT I.
Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price among quotes that meet or exceed acceptability standards for non-price factors. Technical acceptability will be assessed based on product/service conformance to specifications, and past performance will be evaluated per DFARS 252.204-7024.
