Submission & Evaluation

Capability statements must include:

  • Company profile (name, address, affiliate info, POCs, UEI, CAGE Code, small business designation).
  • Description of the firm's ability to meet draft PWS requirements.
  • Past performance on similar contracts within the last three years (project title, location, description, role, dollar value, client).
  • Specification of prime or subcontractor role.
  • Percentage of work by small business prime and similarly situated entity subcontractors (if applicable).
  • Experience managing subcontractor teams.
  • Industry input on the attached draft PWS (submitted as a separate document).

Special Requirements

Contractor personnel require a favorable Tier 1 Background check and must comply with DoD security directives, including OPSEC and Information Assurance training. Key personnel, including Account Managers and Designated Support Engineers (DSEs), must meet specific qualifications and experience. All technical help for problem resolution must be provided by U.S. citizens.
