• This requirement is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS.

• Site visits are highly encouraged. Appointments can be scheduled with the Site Manager at 541-756-0100.

• Site access is limited to Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Submittals: Contractor shall provide manufacturer's specifications and installation guidance at least ten days prior to work start. No work before submittal approval.
