The work is located in the Mississippi River near Herculaneum, Missouri, and Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, spread across two separate ten-mile reaches. Key tasks include:
- Modifying 44 existing structures.
- Constructing two new structures entirely from recycled stone obtained from the modified structures.
- Degradation, removal, and/or relocation of Graded Stone A (5,000-pound top-size).
- No new stone material will be required.
