Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This contract is to fulfill the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Miles City Field Office’s (MCFO) need for pipeline materials.

• The Bid Schedule will specify the quantities and lengths of pipeline material required.

• The contractor is responsible for the purchase and delivery of materials.

• The contractor price must include all costs associated with shipping; no modifications for increased shipping costs will be permitted.

• BLM Admin Site: 111 Garryowen Road, Miles City, MT 59301.

• Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Advance notice: Contact the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) 48 hours prior to delivery to ensure forklift and operator availability for off-loading.

• The Contractor must furnish written certification from the manufacturer at the time of inspection, confirming materials conform to contract requirements.

• Item 1: 2" HDPE Black Pipe (DR 11) - Quantity 81,000 Feet.

  • Material: HDPE, 2-inch, IPS, DR 11, 200 psi, high density pipe manufactured from PE4710 resin polyethylene in accordance with ASTM D 2239, D 2837, and D3350.
  • Properties: Uniform color, opaqueness, density, and other specified physical properties. Free from visible cracks, holes, foreign inclusions, or other defects.
  • Furnishing: Pipe shall be furnished in 4,500 ft coils on a spool.
  • Requirements: Manufacturer specifications submittal and certification are required.
