Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment for annual weight tests, inspections, certifications, and emergent repairs on a diverse fleet of MHE. This equipment, manufactured by various OEMs (including Hyster, Doosan, CAT, Kalmar), ranges in capacity from 4,000 lbs to 65,000 lbs. Services will be performed at MSC warehouse and training facilities across the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS), including locations such as Guam, Italy, Bahrain, Japan, San Diego, CA, and Norfolk, VA. Repair timelines are ten (10) working days for CONUS and fifteen (15) working days for OCONUS locations. All work must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical manuals and relevant Naval publications, including NAVSUP P-538 and NAVSEA SW0-23-AH-WHM-10.
