The detachment will be forward deployed worldwide, with a nominal forward location in Bahrain, and will perform missions 24/7, including during challenging operational environments. Services include VERTREP and other rotary-wing logistics, with performance standards requiring 95% mission completion and availability, and 98% safe cargo placement. Aircraft must be U.S. flagged/registered, compatible with T-AKE class facilities, and capable of operating with JP-5 fuel. Personnel require SECRET clearances for classified information.
