Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation seeks to procure chapel organist services for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The services are required in accordance with the attached Schedule and Statement of Work.

• Provide musical accompaniment to chapel services, including Sunday Catholic Mass and Protestant Services, and potentially other occasions as needed.

• Musicians must be proficient in accompanying instruments (piano/organ), knowledgeable in keyboard technique, able to play a variety of religious music, flexible with chaplains' expectations, understand acoustics, and proficient in sight-reading and improvisation.

• Chaplains will provide hymns and Catholic music in advance via email.

• This is a 5-year Firm Fixed Price, Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

• Minimum guaranteed amount: $1,000.00.

• Maximum contract ceiling: $120,000.00.

• Period of Performance: Estimated from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2031.

• Submissions require a Pricing Volume (Volume I) and a Technical/Past Performance Volume (Volume II).
