Special Requirements

• Contract Manager: The contractor must provide a designated Contract Manager responsible for work performance, with contact information submitted to the Contracting Officer (CO) prior to contract start.
• Quality Control Plan (QCP): A QCP must be established, maintained, and submitted for review and approval within 10 days of award. This includes a work scheduling system, daily checklists, and an inspection system.
• Personnel: All personnel must be properly trained, including in the safe use and storage of chemicals (OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, SDS), and wear distinctive clothing/badges. An employee list must be provided within 10 days of award.
• Performance Review: Quarterly meetings with the COR and CO will be held to review contract performance.
• Government Property: Contractor is responsible for safeguarding all Government property and securing facilities at the close of each work period.
