• The government reserves the right to make award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to this RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, when price is considered.

• Payment: Payment processing will be via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Contractors must be registered in SAM and WAWF.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Delivery Location: Misawa Air Base, Japan, or DLA Tracy Consolidation Point.

• Shipping: F.O.B. Destination within the United States is preferred. Direct shipping to Misawa Air Base should be quoted if possible. Costs to Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC), Tracy Depot, must be included.

• Incomplete quotes will be considered nonresponsive.

• The contract will be exempt from Japanese customs duties and taxes per the Status of Forces Agreement.

• Specific clauses and provisions apply, including those related to WAWF, Buy American, and export controls.
