Scope of Work

- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Regularly scheduled quarterly maintenance to prevent failures, including inspections and adjustments. A PM program with checklists must be established within 15 days of award.
- Unscheduled Maintenance (UM): As-needed repairs for equipment not operating safely. Response is required within one business day, with completion within seven days of plan acceptance or parts availability.
- All labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and transportation are included.

- Pricing for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) (quarterly for PM, monthly for UM, including parts, labor, and travel).
- A 1-page summary of past performance references.
- Completed Representations, Certifications & Other Statements.
Award will be based on three factors: Technical Capability of Service (rated acceptable/unacceptable), Price, and Past Performance. Technical capability and past performance are considered more important than price when combined.
