- A 568 SF Vehicle Storage Building (VSB) adjacent to the MMDF for charging and storing forklifts.
- Associated site development for the MMDF, including earthwork, BMPs, fencing, roadways, and hardstand areas for munitions loading/unloading.
- A Rail Classification Yard (RCY) consisting of approximately 8,000 LF of rail siding and a "Suspect Track" for monitoring and inspecting compromised rail cars.
- A 327 SF Munitions Operations Management Building (MOMB) adjacent to the RCY for administrative duties.
