- Optional Break-Out Sessions: From 1:00 PM CT to 3:00 PM CT, featuring representatives from the Small Business Administration (SBA) and APEX from Kentucky and Tennessee. Limited one-on-one meetings with acquisition personnel will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
