Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, intends to modify an existing Cost-Plus-Award-Fee contract, number W9124R-18-C-0001 with TRAX International Corporation located at 8337 W Sunset Rd, Ste 190, Las Vegas, NV, 89113-2201 for Test Support Services at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ. The Government anticipates negotiating a one-month extension to the current performance period from 15 January 2026 to 14 February 2026. The potential one-month extension period is necessary to provide for the continuation of essential services in support of the test mission under the direction of the USAYPG pending GAO decision of an award of a competitive follow-on contract. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with a size standard of $47M.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
