This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Air Combat Command (ACC), Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC)/PKF is seeking industry sources for an FY 2026 requirement for Mission Video Distribution System (MVDS) Services. The contemplated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services with a corresponding small business size standard of $34M.

The 9th Air Force (Air Forces Central) has fielded the MVDS to support on-going military operations within the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The system resides at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), S.C. and Al Udeid Air Base (AB). This solution provides enterprise video services to global users. The solution is an end-to-end solution from the desktop to the backend infrastructure that incorporates presentation, application, network product support, hardware, and storage virtualization technologies. Additionally, the solution involves the integration, adaptation, and engineering of various video streams for a wide variety of systems and transport mechanisms. The requirement provides services necessary to assure critical and uninterrupted MVDS operational support, systems and software enhancements, integration, information assurance, documentation and user training to the 9AF (AFCENT).

Procurement history for this requirement suggests there is only one responsible source and no other sources of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties must specifically identify their capability to meet the requirement with regards to technical data rights.

The Government will use the Internet and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging any information concerning this requirement. Interested parties should review the documents posted and provide any question or comments via e-mail to the Contracting Office. When submitting questions or comments, offerors should provide their company name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, phone number, email address, and business size. It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Internet for the release of the final Request for Proposal (RFP) and closing date. Industry response is encouraged to ensure all parties have maximum opportunity to participate in this acquisition.

Hard copies of documents posted on sam.gov will not be made available. The Government will provide email confirmation of receipt of information.
