Evaluation
Award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive bidder. Bidders are required to provide full, accurate, and complete information as specified in the solicitation. A bid guarantee of 20% of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less, is mandatory. Offers must allow for a minimum of 60 calendar days for Government acceptance after the due date. The contract will be awarded as a whole to a single bidder.
Additional Notes
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Bidders must select only one bid lot, which is determined by the class of dredge intended for use; bids submitted on an inappropriate bid lot will be deemed non-responsive.
