This solicitation is for the "Southwest Pass Hopper Dredge" project, Contract No. 1-2026 (OM26001), located in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. The work involves furnishing one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge. The work will be performed in the Mississippi River and Southwest Pass, and potentially in other areas inside and outside the New Orleans District.

• Work to be performed in Mississippi River and Southwest Pass, and potentially other areas.

• Compliance with EM 385-1-1 "Safety and Occupational Health Requirements".

• Contract No. 1-2026 (OM26001)

• Magnitude of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

• Period of Performance: Within 5 calendar days after award, notice to proceed. Completion within 137 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

• Performance and Payment Bonds are required.

• Offers are due by 10:30 AM Central Time on June 9, 2026.

• Offers must provide full, accurate, and complete information.

• Bids will be publicly opened at the time of submission.

• Offer guarantee is required.

• Offers must provide at least 60 calendar days for Government acceptance.

• Award will be made to the responsible Bidder presenting the lowest-priced responsive bid.

• Pre-award survey will be required for the apparent low bidder.

• This is an unrestricted procurement.

• Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Period of Performance: The contractor shall begin performance within 5 calendar days and complete it within 137 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

• Bonds: Performance and Payment Bonds are required.

• Proposal Submission Deadline: June 9, 2026, 10:30 AM Central Time.

• Offers must be submitted to the address specified in Item 8 of SF 1442.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible Bidder presenting the lowest-priced responsive bid, regardless of the bid lot used.

• Proposal Acceptance Period: Offers providing less than 60 calendar days for Government acceptance will be rejected.

• Questions and Inquiries: Must be submitted via ProjNet (https://www.projnet.org) no later than May 1, 2026, 10:00 AM Central Time. Emailed inquiries will not be accepted.

• This is an unrestricted procurement.

• The solicitation will be opened by amendment.
