This solicitation is for the "Mississippi River Outlets, Vicinity of Venice, Louisiana, Tiger Pass Bar Channel, Maintenance Dredging" project in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. It is an unrestricted procurement with an estimated price range between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.

• The work consists of the removal and satisfactory disposal of dredged material excavated from the Tiger Pass Bar Channel, within the limits shown on the contract drawings.

• All work under these specifications shall be performed in accordance with EM 385-1-1 "Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual", dated March 2024.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: 10 calendar days for commencement after notice to proceed, with a total of 155 calendar days for completion.

• Bonds: Performance and Payment Bonds are required (5 calendar days after award).

• Bids are due at a time to be established by amendment.

• Offers providing less than 60 calendar days for Government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered.

• Bid Guarantee: 20% of the bid price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less, is required.

• Evaluation of options will not obligate the government to exercise the option(s).
