- Capability Statement and technical documentation demonstrating ability to meet or exceed ALL Performance Elements in the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement. Failure to submit all requested items may result in rejection of the quote without further discussions.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on the "best value to the Government," considering Technical Approach, Price, and Past Performance. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them. Tradeoffs will not be conducted.
