Participation & Logistics
Interested parties are required to RSVP by close of business on July 17, 2026. The RSVP process involves completing and emailing the MK 41 VLS Canister Production Industry Day Request Form to Mr. Matthew Hubbard (matthew.r.hubbard2.civ@us.navy.mil), with copies to Mr. David Chamberlain (david.s.chamberlain5.civ@us.navy.mil) and Ms. Bonnie Nguyen (bonnie.t.nguyen.civ@us.navy.mil). The email subject line must be "NAVSEA MK 41 VLS Canister Industry Day RSVP". Each respondent is limited to six (6) attendees. The request form allows participants to request one-on-one meetings, tours, and express interest in receiving a Technical Data Package (TDP).
For base access, attendees without a Common Access Card (CAC) must notify Ms. Bonnie Nguyen and complete SECNAV 5512-1, submitting it by July 27, 2026.
