The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to L3Harris located in Northampton, MA. This Order includes the procurement of: Spare and Component parts in support of the MK20/46 EOSS OSS.
This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. L3Harris is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge and ability to satisfy the Government’s MK20/46 EOSS OSS requirements within the required schedule.
Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractor (L3Harris) directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement no later than the closing time of this notice. Any submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government – the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. A determination by the Government not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
