Amendment / Modification

This amendment (Amendment 0001) to Solicitation N6660426R01860001 introduces several changes:

• Section B (Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs):
  • The Part Number for the MK66 Production HUTT Unit has been updated from 103-500-5003 to 100-513974-G001.
  • The CLIN structure has been revised to include four individual CLINs.
• Section F (Deliveries or Performance): Delivery dates have been revised.
• Section I (Contract Clauses): Clause 52.232-9 (Limitation on Withholding of Payments) has been removed.
• Section L (Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters):
  • NAVSEA clause L-204-H003 (Notification of use of Navy Support Contractors for Official Contract Files) has been removed.
  • NAVSEA Clause L-212-W002 (PRICE PROPOSAL – SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS – COMMERCIAL ITEMS) has been updated; subparagraphs (b) through (d) are now "RESERVED".

Sections B, F, I, and L are affected by this amendment.

Offerors should ensure they are using the updated part number and CLIN structure. Any proposals submitted must reflect these changes. The removal of clause 52.232-9 and NAVSEA clause L-204-H003, and the modification to L-212-W002, should be noted in proposal preparation and submission.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of MK66 HUTT Units. The government is procuring 4 units of the "MK66 Production HUTT Units" with Saab Part Number: 103-500-5003.

• The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent for the MK66 Production HUTT Units, as per DFARS 252.211-7003.
