  • Installing two programmable thermostats that function without WIFI and can automatically reduce temperatures on weekends and after hours, enabling units to run heat pumps and propane furnaces without manual switching.
  • Reducing refrigerant to target maximum efficiency or 500 microns.
  • Disposing of all removed materials.

The contractor is responsible for daily debris removal, site restoration, obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements for Marshall County, Minnesota. USFWS will handle the removal of fencing, current concrete pads, and site leveling prior to the contractor's work.
