• Evaluation Factors: The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering the following factors:

  • Lead time for delivery after receipt of order
  • Past performance (may be assessed using CPARS and other sources)
  • Price

• Offerors must provide an estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order.

• Price will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.

• This acquisition is 100.00% set aside for Small Business.
