Submission & Evaluation
Bids are due by 10:00 AM CDT on Monday, June 15, 2026. Bids can be delivered in person, mailed, or emailed to Ariel Gould at ariel.d.gould.civ@army.mil; emailed bids are the preferred method. Telephonic bids will not be accepted. Bidders are strongly cautioned to inspect the property before submitting a bid. The Government reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
Eligibility
Bidders must be 18 years or older. Certain government employees and contractor employees with access to disposal records are prohibited from bidding. Additionally, bidders must not be delinquent in paying debts to the U.S. Government resulting from prior surplus property purchases.
