To procure approximately 3000 gallons of Mobil DTE Heavy ISO VG 100 turbine oil to replenish lubrication oil reserves for Powerhouse 2 turbines at Bonneville Lock and Dam. This purchase aims to ensure an adequate supply for 8-10 years of normal operation and to allow for recovery in the event of a major oil loss, thereby preventing forced unit outages.

• Provide 3000 gallons of Mobil DTE Heavy ISO VG 100 turbine oil.

• Include product delivery, pickup, and storage in a certified clean tank with secondary containment on-site for 14 days.

• An on-site tank fee for additional days beyond the initial 14 days is specified.

• Delivery must be completed within 4 weeks of the award date.

• Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays.

• Delivery Location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bonneville Lock and Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 40, NE Bonneville Way, Cascade Locks, OR 97014.

• The specified oil brand (Mobil DTE Heavy ISO VG 100) must be used to match existing oil and maintain warranties on new and existing oils. Using a different oil would void warranties and require extensive compatibility testing.

• The contractor shall provide storage in a certified clean tank with secondary containment on-site for 14 days.
