Scope of Work
The requirement is for four (4) Wireless Automated Hearing Test Systems AC (WAHTS), which are specified as Brand Name Only due to the need for compatibility with existing systems and strict acoustic calibration standards, as detailed in the attached Justification & Approval (J&A). Each system must include:
- Mobile audiology headset, tablet with Wi-Fi/internet capabilities.
- Calibration output check fixture, micro USB chargers/cables, and quick start guide.
- Padded, durable, rugged, and protective case.
- Headset and tablet capable of maintaining an 8-hour charge.
- Ability to perform multiple test procedures, including audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing.
- High attenuation range of 32-40 dB for octave bands ranging 250-8000 Hz.
- Hearing tests under 11 minutes and fit testing under 6 minutes.

Evaluation Factors
