• Oversized Units: Units exceeding solicitation specifications (e.g., seating amount, bleacher length) are acceptable, provided they comply with hydraulic, electrical, and towing criteria.
• Towing Capabilities: The government (PA) can only tow kingpin or rear hitch assemblies. Other towing types will not be accepted.

Vendors should consider these clarifications when selecting and proposing units, particularly regarding size compliance and towing compatibility.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (Amendment 2) extends the solicitation close-out date to Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 2:30 PM EDT to allow for the posting of answers to contractor questions. It also provides additional technical information regarding tow hitch restrictions. Contractors who previously proposed an unacceptable towing hitch arrangement must submit an updated quote acknowledging Amendment 2 and proposing an acceptable solution to avoid being considered non-responsive. Vendors whose quotes were already compliant do not need to re-acknowledge or submit updated quotes.

Amendment 1 incorporated clause 52.222-90, updating Attachment 2. The due date remained unchanged, and vendors were not required to explicitly acknowledge Amendment 1.
