Information Requested
Respondents are asked to provide:
- Company Information: Name, address, POC, CAGE Code, NAICS Code(s), company status (large/small business), and facility clearance level.
- Mission-Specific Capabilities: Experience in designing, integrating, producing, and sustaining mobile C2 systems-of-systems. This includes expertise in system engineering, classified systems integration, Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) hardening, mobile/transportable power generation, HVAC systems, water purification, satellite and radio communications, and other secure communications. Experience partnering with other organizations is also sought.
- System Sustainment: Capabilities in providing ongoing sustainment, including periodic depot maintenance (PDM), depot/field level repairs, and training. Experience in developing technical documentation is also requested.
- Facility and Security: Details on cleared facilities, networks, secure communications capabilities, cleared production/maintenance spaces, and experience with Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) facilities. Unclassified examples of performance on classified contracts are requested.
Industry Day
A Classified Industry Day is notionally planned for mid-July. Confirmation of dates and attendance instructions will be announced after RFI responses are reviewed. Companies should indicate their plans to attend and if they request a one-on-one session.
Submission Guidelines
- Submit non-proprietary information where possible; proprietary information must be clearly identified.
- Unclassified and classified responses will be accepted.
- Responses should not exceed 20 pages of original text and 20 pages of general organizational description materials.
- Specific email addresses for classified information will be provided upon request.
