Key Requirements & Specifications

  • Load Capacity: Withstand 320 lb. static load with no visible damage, 580 lb. static load with no structural failure; panels must be self-supporting when deployed.
  • Protective Coating: Polyurea-based, non-slip protective lining (chemical resistant, high traction) and Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) or OEM-approved equivalent on the exterior face.
  • Sealing: Panel perimeters compatible with OEM-standard EPDM rubber gaskets for watertight/light-tight seal; vertical offset not to exceed 1/16th of an inch.
  • Hardware: 304-grade stainless steel piano hinge with 1/4-inch pin or equivalent; factory-installed and sealed hard points and threaded inserts.
  • Compliance: All materials must meet federal fire retardancy standards for occupied military shelters.
  • Documentation: Vendor must provide a "Frame Integrity Report."
