- Sealing: Panel perimeters compatible with OEM-standard EPDM rubber gaskets for watertight/light-tight seal; vertical offset not to exceed 1/16th of an inch.
- Hardware: 304-grade stainless steel piano hinge with 1/4-inch pin or equivalent; factory-installed and sealed hard points and threaded inserts.
- Compliance: All materials must meet federal fire retardancy standards for occupied military shelters.
- Documentation: Vendor must provide a "Frame Integrity Report."
