This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, specifically for a Mobile Ground Penetrating Radar system to be delivered to Aviano Air Base, Italy. It serves as the sole solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order

• Period of Performance/Delivery Date: Estimated 90 calendar days from award date.

• Funds are not presently available; award is contingent on fund availability.

• Quotes are due by 8 July 2026, 16:00 hrs Central European Time (CET).

• Questions are due by 25 June 2026, 11:00 CET.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price.

• The government will select the quote considered most advantageous.

• Offerors must acknowledge all solicitation terms and conditions and have active SAM registration.

• Quotes should be submitted digitally via email only.

• Due to the overseas location, no small business set-aside will be used.

• Attachment 1 provides the Salient Characteristics of the Mobile Ground Penetrating Radar.

• Invoices must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.

• Government Purchase Card is not allowed for this contract.

• Offerors must provide redacted copies of technical product literature and past performance documentation.

• Prices must be in EURO (€) or US Dollar ($). A conversion rate of 1 Euro = 0.9303$ applies.

• Late submissions will not be considered unless specific conditions are met.
