Evaluation
Responses will be used by the government to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Business firms and to inform appropriate acquisition decisions for the anticipated future procurement. Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit an eight-page response including:
- Bidder's name, address, and contact information.
- Business size/classification (e.g., Small Business, HUBZone, SDVOSB, 8(a)).
- A letter from a bonding company supporting a current bonding capability of at least $25 million.
- Description of capability to perform dredging, manage subcontractors, and comply with environmental permits.
- Past performance/experience on up to five similar projects (at least 50% complete within the last five years), including project details, bidder's role, dollar value, and contact information.
- Detailed specifications for proposed dredge equipment (e.g., capacity, dimensions, horsepower, dredging depths).
