Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are requested now via this combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ 15B41526Q00000003) and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Submissions must be in PDF format and sent electronically to c2daniel@bop.gov by the deadline. Failure to provide all required documentation detailed in Section L of the solicitation may result in elimination from consideration. Evaluation will be based on price and past performance.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database for "All Awards" and include their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number with their quotes. SAM registration must include NAICS code 621512.
- Contractors must comply with FAR 52.222-54, E-Verify Requirements, enrolling within 30 days of award and beginning verification within 90 days of enrollment.
