Scope of Requirement
The requirement is for portable, tether-less, pneumatic recoil weapons simulator systems capable of meeting Individual Weapons Table II Preliminary Live-Fire Simulations (PLFS) as defined by TC 3-20.40. Key requirements include:
- Hardware: Portable, compartmentalized (rugged cases), standard 110V electrical power, MCoE assessment for Table II, 10' or shorter projection, minimum 2 lanes.
- Software: Shoot/no-shoot scenarios, Individual Weapons Table II Course of Fire (CoF), Known Distance Range (KDR), Preliminary Marksmanship Instruction (PMI) (Military Version), Skill Drills, compatibility with VBS3 & VBS4, and ability to communicate with Army Training Information System (ATIS) or Learning Record Stores (LRS)/xAPI.
- Weapons & Accessories: Systems must support various weapons including M17/18, M4, M7, M26, Mk 19, M250, with specific quantities for M17 Dry Fire (x2), M4 Dry Fire (x2), M17 Recoil (x2), M4 Recoil (x2), M249 Recoil (x2), M4 Round Count Magazines (x16), and a CO2 Refill Station. Ability to add custom weapon systems is also required.
- Additional: Compliance with TC 3-20.40, TC 3-22.9, DA PAM 350-38, and other DoD/Army requirements. Systems must capture Soldier data for DTMS update for Table II qualification. Delivery is to Fort Harrison Warehouse, Montana 59636, within 90 days or less (negotiable), with a minimum five (5) year system warranty and initial operator/maintenance training.

- Ability to communicate or generate data for ATIS (including LRS and xAPI capabilities).
- List of Army weapons available for training simulations and Table II qualification.
- Any other information assisting the Government's decision-making.
