Scope of Work
The IHS is considering the procurement of various mobile medical documentation carts and accessories, including:
- CAPSA M38E Chassis-power-Elift (multiple configurations, with and without storage).
- CAPSA M38E accessories such as tilt-swivel monitors, keyboards, XL Spiral power cord sets, casters, slot mount plates, RX non-locking modules, and drawer kits.
- Rubbermaid medical solutions task lights.
- Warranties for CAPSA carts (4-5 years, parts and labor), Rubbermaid office products carts (4-5 years, parts and labor), and CAPSA batteries (5-year LI 655WH).
All equipment must be NEW and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller.
