Scope of Work
The requirement includes providing quarterly preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the Mobile Racking System in the Cadet Services Warehouse. Key tasks involve:
- Performing quarterly preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Providing all necessary labor, travel, materials, parts, equipment, and supervision.
- Conducting unscheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure full operational status and safety.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Installing safety bumper/strike rebound hardware, ground level operator control panels, secured junction boxes, and flexible conduits/cables.
- Providing and installing all parts typical for preventive maintenance at no additional cost.
- Notifying the Contract Officer's Representative (COR) of any parts nearing obsolescence and sourcing comparable replacements.
- Adhering to performance standards including 95% resolution of unscheduled maintenance within 4 business days and 100% repair of safety features within 5 business days.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Period of Performance: Base period from June 5, 2026, to June 4, 2027, with additional option periods.
- Place of Performance: Building 917, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 0730 - 1630, excluding Federal holidays.
- Warranty: Standard industry warranty or better on all parts and labor.
Site Visit
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Attendees must email Shawn.m.valastro.civ@army.mil with the subject "building 917 site visit" to confirm attendance. Participants will meet at 681 Roger's Place, floor 1, before proceeding to Building 917.
