• System must be tested and demonstrated for functionality.

• Contractor is responsible for removing all packaging, debris, trash, and excess materials.

• Delivery and Installation Period: To be completed within a specified number of calendar days after award (details in purchase order).

• Warranty: Standard commercial warranty coverage for products, components, and workmanship for a minimum of one year.

• Submittals required before installation include: product data, proposed layout, installation schedule, and warranty information.

• Inspection and Acceptance: The Government will inspect the system for conformance with the PD, approved product data, and the purchase order. Acceptance occurs after installation, functionality, cleaning, and readiness for use.

• Technical Exhibit 1 details the inspection and acceptance summary.

• Technical Exhibit 2 outlines the deliverables schedule, with due dates for product data, proposed layout, installation schedule, warranty information, and basic user instructions.

• Normal Access Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 0800 to 1600 (excluding Federal holidays).

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by the Louisiana Air National Guard, 159th Mission Support Contracting Office. The government is procuring a complete warehouse storage system, including mobile and relocatable storage units, to upgrade the 236 CBCS warehouse storage capability for deployable equipment and mission storage requirements.

• Furnish, deliver, and install a complete warehouse storage system at Hammond ANGS, Building 3.

• System must include 32 mobile storage units and 4 relocatable storage units.

• Equipment must be new, commercial-grade, suitable for military warehouse use, and capable of storing UTC deployable equipment, containers, tools, and parts.

• System must include all necessary components for a complete usable system (rails, carriages, shelving, etc.).

• Installed system must not obstruct exits, fire protection, electrical, or communication equipment.

• Contractor must provide manufacturer product data, installation, testing, cleanup, warranty, and closeout documentation.

• Minimum one (1) year warranty on installed components and workmanship.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price.

• Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: FOB Destination at Hammond Air National Guard Station, 901 Judge Leon Ford Drive, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, Building 3.

• Funds are available.

• Solicitation Issue Date: 30 MAY 2026.

• Response Deadline: 8 JUNE 2026, no later than 11:00 am CDT.

• All questions must be submitted in writing by 3 JUNE 2026, no later than 11:00 AM CDT.

• Offerors must provide product literature, technical information, manufacturer specifications, dimensions, load ratings, warranty information, and a clear description of the proposed system.

• Pricing must be net prices without tax.

• The government reserves the right to award on an "All or None" basis.

• Offerors must state the earliest available delivery and installation completion date.

• This requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

• North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 337215 - Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing (small business size standard: 500 employees).

• Product Service Code (PSC): 7125 - Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving.

• No site visit will be conducted; contractor shall field verify dimensions and installation conditions after award.
