Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must provide product literature, technical information, manufacturer specifications, dimensions, load ratings, warranty information, and a clear description of the proposed system. Pricing must be net, without tax. The government reserves the right to award on an "All or None" basis. Offerors must state the earliest available delivery and installation completion date. Submittals required before installation include product data, proposed layout, installation schedule, and warranty information. The government will inspect for conformance with the Product Description and approved data.
Additional Notes
No site visit will be conducted; the contractor shall field verify dimensions and installation conditions after award. Normal access hours for installation are Tuesday through Friday, 0800 to 1600 (excluding Federal holidays). Contractor personnel must comply with installation access, identification, vehicle, safety, traffic, and security requirements.
